We live in an ever-changing and technological world. At Upton, it is our aim to equip children with the relevant skills and knowledge to thrive in a technological world. We strive to develop resilient, creative and independent learners through a scheme of work that provides progression and breadth of knowledge across all year groups.

Online safety is revisited throughout the curriculum to ensure that our children can navatege the online world responsibly and our scheme of work has three stands which run through it.

We aim to make Computing an integral part to a child’s education and everyday life. To develop critical, computational thinking and creativity to understand and solve real-world problems, but also be responisible online citizens.
